Who are we?

Hello, my name is Sharad Jaiswal. I am a trainer, executive coach and consultant. My areas of expertise include ISO Management Systems, TQM, TPM and Business Excellence. I have over 40 years of industry experience as engineer, senior management, and as trainer and executive coach. 

With the help of many people I made this website. I made it so it is super easy to acquire and update new knowledge on Quality Systems and Business Excellence.. It flows perfectly with my tutorials, youtube videos and onsite training programmes.
